Return Policy

Our return policy is simple. If unsatisfied with any item purchased it can be returned for the first (30) days for a store credit or refund. We also warranty any item we sell for thirty (30) days from the date of original purchase. A full refund will be issued if you do not want exchange. 

Any items damaged in shipping will be replaced at no cost to consumer. Consumer is responsible for shipping item(s) back the way they were received and the costs associated with shipment on non damaged products. 

If a product you purchased from AcousticSoundDesign.com becomes defective after 30 days, we will EITHER have Manufacturer warranty item (we are AUTHORIZED on every brand we sell) or at Manufacturer discretion get a replacement part, and we guarantee this. 

All returned merchandise must be in original manufacture's carton and include all accessories. All warranty cards must be left blank for the first 30 days, in case product has to be returned to AcousticSoundDesign.com.

To return an item, contact us toll-free at (888) 224-3663 or email us at help@acousticsounddesign.com., and you will be given an authorization number. 

Any item returned missing original items will be charged a 15% re-stocking fee. (this includes original MFR carton)
