1. What happens if I want to return my order?

2. How long will it take for my merchandise to ship?
Your order will usually be processed within 24 hours unless a special issue arises. In these cases, you are contacted by phone or email before the order is processed. Once your order is processed, delivery time depends on the shipping option you chose when you placed the order. 

3. Is my credit card information safe with you?
Yes. We take great care in protecting your personal information, including your payment information. We will never sell, rent, or share your information save in cases of fraud. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for further information. 

4. Can I combine discounts?
Nope, you know better than that, you cannot combine discounts. You cannot use a discount from us in addition to the Bing discount for instance. Discounts can only be used on a per order basis. We reserve the right to alter our discount policy at any time.
