Return Policy and Warranty Information
Our return policy is simple. If unsatisfied with any item purchased it can be exchanged for the first seven (30) days for a store credit. We also warranty any item we sell for thirty (30) days from the date of original purchase. A full refund will be issued if you do not want exchange. Consumer is responsible for shipping item(s) back the way they were received and the costs associated with shipment.
If a product you purchased from AcousticSoundDesign.com becomes defective after 30 days, we will EITHER locate a service center in your area to make repairs OR if the product is still under the factory warranty, there will be no charge for the repair, and we guarantee this. If we cannot find a local service area near you, we will make arrangements for you to ship the product back to us. We will have the product repaired by an authorized repair specialist at no cost to you, after which we will ship it back to you at no charge.
All returned merchandise must be in original manufacture's carton and include all accessories. All warranty cards must be left blank for the first 30 days, in case product has to be returned to AcousticSoundDesign.com.
If you decide to cancel your order BEFORE we have shipped the item(s):
If you paid for your order item(s) using an online payments system (Amazon, Google, PayPal), you will be refunded your order amount in full because we incur no fees when these payment systems are used. It will be as if the order never occured.
If you purchase your order item(s) using a credit card, we will charge a 4% coverage fee, which covers the fees incurred by acousticsounddesign.com from the credit card companies. This fee is charged the moment a credit card is processed.
INSTRUCTIONS To return an item, contact us toll-free at (888) 224-3663 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and you will be given an authorization number.
Any merchandise returned that is not defective will incur a 15% re-stocking charge. Any item returned missing original items will be charged a 15% re-stocking fee. (this includes original MFR carton)
