- Covers 100% parts and labor, no matter how expensive the repairs are. If it can't be fixed, it will be replaced with a new unit. Electrical or mechanical breakdowns are covered including those resulting from power surges, regardless of their source of emanation, and also normal wear and tear.

- If the product requires repair for the same problem three times, it will be replaced with a new unit free of charge.
